"Reciprocal Feelings" - in Loving Honor and Memory of Dan Cho.
We have added the song "Reciprocal Feelings" to Tracy's MySpace page. This song is a Tribute to Dan Cho - My friend and cellist who passed away on Tues July 6. He played cello on my new record and I am forever grateful for his friendship and his music. His beautiful soul is in his playing.

Tracy Bonaham in The Seattle Music Insider - Video Interview.
The Seattle Music Insider writes: "Recording artist Tracy Bonham who has enjoyed "triple A" radio airplay throughout the years and who has recently worked and toured with Blue Man Group took to the stage and performed "When You Laugh The World Laughs with You" with the full orchestra.
Her next number was her 1996 hit "Mother Mother". The former Eugene Oregon and current Brooklyn New York resident dedicated the song to her mother who was in attendance. Geoffrey Castle accompanied Bonham on violin. The singer and multi instrumentalist displayed her great chops, microphone technique and range during her performances throughout the evening."

One year ago I wrote this song about what happened in Brooklyn and in our household one year ago, when Obama was elected! It was a party. Here is the song, listen here, and then go to this link.

It's really great! Artists big and small, supporting each other.
Hi all. I have decided to give you all a sneak peak of the record!
This happens to be timely, as this song is about election night. Well, it's intentional – I am letting you hear this because next week is the inauguration!! What an exciting time. The song is about my neighborhood in Brooklyn on Nov 4th, 2008. People were in the streets, hugging, singing, playing tambourines, honking horns. It was a party. What a wonderful thing. It broke down boundaries, although temporary. The next morning people were congratulating each other on the sidewalks on their way to work. But now we are all back to normal, our guards up. That night, I am sure, many neighborhoods around the country felt like we had achieved something together. We were united. OK, here is the song. I hope you like it. Smokey Hormel on guitar. Andrew Sherman on piano. Tim Luntzel on upright bass. Andy Borger on drums. I am the one singing. January 20th is next week. I hope we can all remember this feeling that I tried to capture in this song. Love, Tracy
